Under current ownership since 2003, ICC was started in 1983 in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains.  We are unique.  We are a small business by number of employees but we are leaders in our field internationally. We are a company that prides itself on giving the smartest people in our industry opportunities to thrive.  

We work hard to keep the company healthy - financially and culturally.  We look after our customers.  We make mistakes, but we fix them. The right way. Every time.
