ICC is by far one of the most customer service-oriented vendors I deal with.  They are always quick to respond to my requests for quotes and their deliveries are continuously on time.  Personally, I have only had one issue with a commutator out of the many we’ve had rebuilt, and ICC took care of the issue on a very timely manner.  Well Done ICC!!
