ICC COMPANY UPDATE

At the end of 2022, ICC International lost its long-time leader and industry champion, Laura Bishop Lyke. Laura was a remarkable trailblazer for the business and an inspiration for so many people. She is deeply missed by us all.

This year would have marked Laura’s twentieth year of ownership of ICC, as well as the fortieth year of the company’s existence. Throughout that time, ICC has built its reputation as the world’s leading manufacturer of commutators. A client base of customers around the world relies on ICC to supply high-quality commutators of all sizes.

With an unmatched track record of client satisfaction, it’s little wonder that ICC was named to the Inc. 5000 list in 2020, as one of the fastest-growing private companies in the United States.

While Laura’s presence will always be missed by everyone at ICC, her legacy will continue to live on in the company she played such an integral part in building. As the company launches into the next important phase in its long and illustrious history, we’re excited about the opportunity to build on the remarkable foundations of this business so it will grow for many years to come.

Consistency and quality remain at the heart of everything we do at ICC, and the team at our Tennessee facility has more than 350 combined years of experience in building the best commutators and slip rings in the world.

The ICC International executive team has been working together for more than thirteen years, delivering on the company’s mission for customers across the world. Now under the leadership of President and CEO Shawn Lyke, CFO and General Manager Tracy Queen, and VP of Sales and Business Development Jason Trimarchi, ICC International is gearing up for a renewed period of growth and expansion.

President and CEO Shawn Lyke commented: “Over many years we’ve built an amazing team of experts at ICC International. As a result, there is no one as well equipped as this company to deliver commutators to the standards of quality and reliability that our customers expect. Laura was a constant source of inspiration to us, and we are more determined than ever to build on her legacy to ensure that ICC International continues to grow and thrive.”
